Unfortunately this year there has been a lot of loss in my life so I’ve use this platform to share how I face some of my own personal struggles and how I learned to heal. Finding healthy ways to cope is so important. Stuffing your emotions or not allowing yourself to feel all the feels can be detrimental to your well-being. As I discussed today the stages of grieving we also talk about the various ways you can heal and grow. Today’s mantra is “even after the darkest of nights the sun will rise” because tomorrow brings a new day. With hope and faith we can accomplish and get through anything in our lives. The stages of grieving and the emotions associated with loss or not often talked about so I felt it was important to share my story with all of you today and to share how those feelings are valid and necessary in order to start your own healing journey.
