Since starting "Loving Life after Loss" I have been presented with so many theories & expectations around grief.  I have seen diagrams and drawings, heard labels and plenty of stages of grief.  I'd like to share my humble opinion about some of those theories - one of them being "grief never shrinks, we grow around it".  

Hmmm... really??
