STGG Presents: The Grief Series
To keep the integrity and authenticity of the show, it was only right that I start with grief, as this is what kept me away. I struggled with wanting to start the new season with this topic, but truthfully there is never a perfect time to discuss loss.
I decided to curate The Grief Series in 4 parts, and for the next 4 weeks we will explore the many areas and emotions that may occur around this topic. I wanted to ensure that I was vulnerable and informative, but still wanted to keep it light enough to digest. It is my great intention that you find value and hope after listening to each episode.
In this episode we will explore:
The goal is to create a safe space for such a difficult part of life that we all have to go through, and I hope that you are able to resonate and leave with something that comforts your perspective. Listening to this episode is a great way to start or feed your healing...I'm proud of you.
If you found value in this episode:
Please share with anyone that can benefit from listening, small steps can cause great action.
