Some of you may know about the 5 stages of grief, but what about the 5 stages of support? In trivia games, people usually save the lifeline as the last resort to secure the win. Most times it works to their benefit. It's no different when life presents unimaginable pain, but it's something people unfortunately do not use when falling too deep. I decided to create the 5 Stages of Support and in this chat we will discuss this and more.
In this episode, we will explore:
Genuine support is one of the key ingredients to your healing journey, it is my hope that one of the stages inspires you.
I did my first interview! Check out the amazing Youtube Interview! I had the opportunity to be interviewed by Stephanie who is a therapist, discussing grief and loss. (Lowkey felt like a fulfilling therapy session!) You definitely don't want to miss it. It was sooooo good and refreshing!
