In this episode I am sharing about how I have had the absolute honor of supporting my friend through what will most likely be the most challenging season off their life.  Often times, when we are dealing with deep loss, sadness, and grief, what we are grieving most is an older version of ourselves.  A version of ourself that would have settled or attempted to fix the situation and take responsibility for something that wasn’t our responsibility. In this current moment that can feel like the “easier” choice, but in this episode, I am sharing why it’s not, and why allowing this new version of you to drive will ultimately be the best thing you will do for yourself.
