I'm so grateful that you've tuned in for the fourth episode of our 'Grieving Dad' series. It's now just over two and a half months since Dad passed and if I'm honest, the grief has only intensified since the last episode. I'll talk a little about this throughout the show.

During this episode, I'll walk you through some of the questions that grieving people wish they weren't asked, with some of my own examples thrown in for good measure. Some of the tone deaf questions include:

• So, what are you going to do with his house? Hours after Dad passed.
• Sorry for your loss. Are you going to the Best and Fairest dinner next week? And my personal favourite,
• I know how you feel. I lost my father-in-law a few years ago...

I'll also give you some pointers on what to say when someone you care about is going through a season of intense grief. We'll then continue our reading through the Book of Revelation and close the episode with a highly relevant devotion from Dr Charles Stanley.
