Hey Babes!
 I'm back with a very special episode with my dear friend Gina and we talk about our experiences around grieving our father's, especially on Father's Day. Gina's father passed away in October of 2020 due to Covid and my father is still living but is no longer in my life. We both feel immense loss, however our experiences are very different. 

We recorded this episode with the intention to speak our truth and  let you know that if you have a similar story, you're not alone. We hope that if you’re struggling today you can find some comfort in our stories.
