In this episode, Courtney and Lori discuss how it's OK to grieve your drinking self.  Has anyone suggested or put it to you like this?  This is something both the ladies did.  They had to grieve what once was and the OLD life they had for themselves.  Becoming SOBER is a whole new world, life, and you become someone else, a BETTER version of YOU. SO take the time and grieve, it will help your foundation and future self.
