Griffin's iMic USB has been a favorite device for podcasters. At CES2016, Griffin introduced a new iMic with all the same features now available to USB-C MacBooks, ChromeBooks, and other PCs.
The iMic is an external audio device that brings analog 3.5 mm input and output to any PC with many potential uses:
* Separate input and output on PCs with only a single combo audio port
* Stereo mic or line-level input for PCs that offer only mono mic input
* Additional audio input and output devices for greater flexibility (especially wonderful for podcasting needs)
* Dedicated audio input and output ports for PCs that offer only a USB-C connection
This works great for media creators as well as those who want to convert their analog audio recordings into a digital format.
The Griffin iMic USB-C will be available in the second quarter of 2016 and retail for $44.99.
