The 3rd Tuesday of the month brings a visit from 2015 BBQ Hall of Fame'er and on of the (if not theee) most prolific live-fire cookbook author Steven Raichlen. Tonight we cover the lead up to shooting season 2 of project fire, where the "Brisket Chronicles" progress currently lies and what you can expect from the 2019 version of BBQ University.

After Steven, the OTHER 3rd Tuesday of the month guest, Robyn "Grill Girl" Lindars joins me. We will take a look back at her SCA event results from a few weeks back. What did she end up doing for rub, what changes will she make for the next event and when will that actually be? We will also cover her 3rd place Bloody Mary finish at the same event...and I will take her to task on this "over the top" Bloody Mary fascination!
