Grilled broccolini with cumin yoghurt is a side dish featuring toasted cumin seeds mixed with tangy yoghurt and honey, topped with pan-grilled broccolini and a spicy butter mixture containing garlic, harissa, sunflower seeds, pepita seeds, sesame seeds and lemon. Until 14 July, 30 cents from every family bunch of broccolini sold at Coles contributes to the Eddie Betts Foundation, which runs pathways programs including sport, education and cooking classes for Aboriginal communities. The dish pairs well with boiled eggs, slow-cooked lamb, roast chicken or lamb chops.
