Listen Later

On Tuesday evening the Griswold Tigers welcomed in the visiting Heartland Christian Eagles for a Class 1A volleyball matchup. Griswold has had a great year and lost the two previous matches and needed a win to get back on the right track on the team's senior night. Coming into the night the Tigers were 18-7. The Tigers took care of business and swept the Heartland Christian Eagles in three sets by scores of 25-14, 25-16 and 25-17.

The Tigers dominated the net led by Gabbie Greiman and Marissa Askeland who led the offense with 14 and 13 kills respectively.  R'nya Kirchhoff had 7 kills and Addison Adams and Joey Reynolds each added 3 kills. Coach Jody Rossell was happy with how her team played well together.
