In 1968, outdoors-man Mike Markusich had a run-in with a grizzly bear that  went south very quickly and very violently. Wes Larson, a wildlife expert who specializes in bears, walks us through the story of what went  wrong and provides some tips on what you can do during a bear attack to  survive. Wes's similarly experienced brother Jeff gives some great  advice on how you can avoid such an attack in the first place. Mike is  generally clueless, but he's trying his best.
