Chief Executive Officer of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission, George Smith-Graham, has attributed the ongoing standoff between the Health Ministry and striking nurses to the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA), accusing the union of contributing to the government’s failure to fulfill agreed conditions of service.
