People say they can't eat low carb, keto do to the price of food. look I get it I was thinking the same thing. But I have found a site that you can look up what you are looking for and it will show you what's on sale in your stores. it's that simple!

I get my list of keto low carb meals for the week, I go online and check the sales. Then I go to the stores and get my Keto low carb meats.

I tend to go to 3 different stores but that is it, they are all super close to each other so it's not a bad day trip will get done in just an hour!
