Grocery stores are using cheap products packed with preservatives and shipping them in frozen or in bulk to make food and products available to customers all the time. Amazon is doing the same with just about everything else. So customers come into small business expecting better quality for the same price, the same selection and the same availability. It's created extremely entitled customers who are truly out of touch with what good quality things are.
