Whatever we are building in life, we must start with a strong foundation, otherwise the rest of the structure would crumble. With a life grounded in God's grace, we avoid the trap of a life that is shaky, flaky and lazy. As Jesus told his followers, "If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free" (John 8:31-32). When we live grounded in grace, we are truly a disciple, we know the truth, and we experience freedom. What is the foundation of our lives right now? What are we clinging to today?
