Memo 32, Supervisor Jasmine, our agents have investigated the city further and discovered a number of different groups of various sizes and interests roaming this city. We're hoping that one of them, including Group 2, may lead us to the greater power lurking somewhere in the area. The other groups don't seem impressionable enough for recruitment, they're more hardened and set in their ways. But this greater power is more tempting than another OEJ team to add to our roster, so, naturally, I've focussed our agents on following all the parties in the city.
