In this episode, I speak about the launch of my Group Coaching ​sessions and the benefits that group coaching sessions bring. These sessions are designed for people who are starting out in their careers, people who want to change their career, new managers, people in corporate and want to transition into the business world.  ​Some of the benefits include: Enabling people to access coaching as it can be expensive and inaccessible;​ there is a lot of value that comes with group coaching. ​You realize that almost everyone is going through what you are going through, there is a lot of information exchange, you can form accountability partners and the coach is accessible at lower costs. There are new and life-enriching friendships that are formed within the group.​ Group coaching also provides a safe space for one to grow as you are grouped with like-minded people. These sessions will assist you to visualize and help you uncover your ideal career path, and really just help you to understand your WHY.
