Group or 1:1, Which is Best?
Group or 1:1? It's a question I get asked a lot... I work with groups and 1:1 clients, so for me, this mix works well.
Often new Coaches decide to go for group as their core offer as soon as they start out... which can seem like a great way forward to avoid the time for money income ceiling... However there can be pitfalls too.
In this episode I talk about the pros and cons of 1:1 and group coaching as well as the 'conditions' you may wish to consider before launching into group.
