Should there be a such thing as funeral etiquette?

Mark Owens tells a story of losing his best friend, where at the funeral he and the rest of their circle of friends took pictures with the casket in order to send their friend off properly. No big deal, right?

Curtis Slade thinks that this was very rude and inapproprate, and a funeral is no place for having fun.
