Do you have a noisy or beligerant neighbor that refuses to change their ways?

There's a fence-fight going on right now in Newton County right now. One neighbor didn't like the height of a fence, so the neighbor with the fence lowered it, but painted it neon colors on the side of the fence that's facing out! Humans can be so petty sometimes... LOL.

What are some ways that you've 'gotten back' at a noisy or uncompromising neighbor? We're putting the whole neighborhood on the Group Therapy couch...
