It's Group Therapy Thursday time!

Dear Ted and Amy,
The new head of our department at work is all about building relationships within our group. She’s great but she keeps scheduling special activities during lunch and has held a couple of team building activities after work and even strongly encouraged us to attend a happy hour that she organized. I like my coworkers but when I’m done with work, or get a lunch break, I want to spend that time on my own. I don’t have a family yet so I can’t use that as an excuse. But I’m being accused of not being a team player and it’s affecting my relationships at work. How can I express that it’s not that I don’t like my job, or them, but I just like my own personal time?
