It's Group Therapy Thursday time! 

Dear Ted and Amy,
When my boyfriend and I moved into a new apartment a couple months ago, I noticed a cable coming from the wall. For the heck of it, I plugged it in the TV and I had cable! I figured it would end any day so we enjoyed it all we could. Guess what? Weeks later, it's still on and we're split on what to do. He said "their mistake, their loss". I'm not so sure. Do you think the old tenants just forgot to shut it off and they’re still paying it automatically? It kind of feels like stealing and I think we should do the right thing but I’m not even sure what that is – track them down? Call the Cable company? What would you do in this situation?
