In this episode, two days before participants are due to give their speeches, Steve Chapman popped in to do something I've never seen before: he watched back a TEDx he gave a few years ago, while we watched with him. 

Before we showed that talk, Steve talked a bit about his preparation, and afterwards he answered questions and comments.
