Your muscles need fuel to work & grow, but these two fuel sources are different. One source is to keep the energy high for the actual actions (exercise) to hit full ability. The second source is to keep muscle growing effectively without having to feed on itself for that growth source. This is what I wish I would of know a long time ago.
