Everyone came into the kingdom of God as a spiritual baby. No one was born a mature Christian.

Babies cannot do anything for themselves. They need to be seen about. Spiritual babies are the responsibility of mature Christians. Even though spiritual babies have a mature physical stature, they do not know their way around the things of God and people who are already spiritually mature must take up the task of raising them.
