In this episode David teaches us how trauma can be at the source of many of our roadblocks in life, relationships, success, and business. My favorite part of this episode is David explaining that not all trauma has to be a big event. He refers to this as Trauma with a big T, and trauma with a little t. Yes, major life events like abuse, or death of a loved one can have big effects on our lives but so can things we easily dismiss as "no big deal."
