In the mid-’90s, Kat Owsley finished her thesis as part of her master’s program in Irish studies, and she got a temporary job at Bosch to make some money before returning to Belfast to graduate. Over a decade later, she became the president of the Bosch Community Fund, the corporate foundation associated with Bosch in North America.
