Charley Boyce is the President of Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric, based in Springdale, Arkansas. Charley joined the company in 2010 as the head of sales when it was still Paschal Heat, Air & Geothermal. Two years later, Charley bought out the owner and has grown the company exponentially over the last 10 years. 

Charley’s success in the trades is not a surprise — he grew up in the trades. He was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where his grandfather owns an HVAC company he started in the early 1960s. Schooling took Charley to Arkansas, where he attended the University of Arkansas and decided to stay in the city after graduation.
