Today I’m talking with Dave Rodenbaugh, he is the founder of Recapture.io, which is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) that handles cart abandonment for the Magento e-commerce platform. He is also the longtime owner of a few successful WordPress plugin products including Business Directory, a business directory WordPress plugin which is doing pretty well.

His processes for acquiring, taking over and growing businesses,

Outsourcing; he has an interesting method to understand when you should be outsourcing higher value or lower value pieces of your workflow,

Finally, we talked about marketing and how his able to use content to really grow and build on top of his baseline traffic that he had to begin with, and exponentially grow his businesses over years.
