Stephanie Farrell never felt like she was good enough as a child. Growing up, she dealt with multiple traumatic events causing her to develop C-PTSD ( complex post traumatic stress disorder).
We chat about what C-PTSD is and how Stephenie used food as a coping mechanism to fill that feeling of love.
Stephanie takes us on the journey of how her eating disorder evolved and how the patterns and beliefs we learn as children follow us into adulthood.
We also talk about shifting those patterns and beliefs to serve us better and move past them.
