I have been teaching yoga since Fall of 2000 when I became a certified Bikram Yoga Instructor. In Spring of 2001 I became a Massage Instructor. Fall of 2001 I became an Ana Forrest (Forrest Yoga Circle) instructor. Winter of 2005 I became a Thai Yoga Instructor. In 2009 I took all three levels of Reiki and became a Usui Reiki "Master" (highest level of Usui)
