Prayer is a vital practice in our Christian faith, serving as a way to communicate with God, express our thoughts and desires, and align our hearts with His will. In this week’s episode, my witty friend Sarah Whitt, no pun-intended, joined me for a candid conversation on building intimacy with the Lord through prayer. This conversation builds on last week’s episode on ways Jesus modeled prayer for us. We discuss common reasons why some of us may not feel as confident praying and we draw from personal experiences to overcome those barriers. Next week, Sarah and I will look to the Lord’s prayer as a framework to learn how to pray.
