This was the most powerful sentence, for me, in my conversation with my guest in this episode, Seema. The power of perspective is so life-changing. How funny is it that we often place ourselves in the 'good guy' role and everyone else is the 'bad guy'. When we are able to shift perspective and see that we are in control, everything changes.
💜💜💜💜💜 In this episode, I am joined by wonderful Seema. Seema is a wife and mom of two teenagers. Seema shares her journey with us and offers us so many things to think about. We talk about how marriage can feel like being thrown in the deep end and drowning. What do we need to move away from this kind of overwhelm? Seema also talks about her self-discovery and how it inadvertently influenced her marriage mashaAllah. Seema is a life coach and can be contacted on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/seemaummrayyan and http://level10muslimah.com/
