Over 13,000 people live in Edmonton’s Downtown neighbourhood, but there’s stigma about this area; people often don’t see the core as a safe and engaging place to call home. 

Mike Saunders, the Senior Vice President of Qualico Properties, has a vision to change that perception. He tells us about the power of compassion and creativity in urban development.
