Growing older has challenges, but in Christ we can do it with grace.  Understanding the connection between sowing and reaping is key.  If we seek wisdom and righteousness when we are young, it will produce a life focused on the spiritual, able to suffer pain with grace, as we trust in the Lord to the end of earthly life and look forward to heaven
