As a church grows growing pains or problems can occur, but a healthy organization means growth. It is hard to please everyone because everyone is different. When things do not go a person's way some people start to murmur about the problem. But murmuring is often against God and instead of that we should realize that maybe the change or decision that was made is better than the original way of what we used to do.
