Growing Pains: S7E14: The Call Of The Wild
Hey Seaver Fans,
Angela Bowen here, the host of Show Me That Smile Again: A Growing Pains Podcast.
Today, I covered S7E14: The Call Of The Wild, which aired on January 4, 1992.
In this episode Kate wants to go skiing, and Mike doesn't have the money. He finds a bargain - if twenty rooms are booked, the twenty-first is free. He gets Ben, Carol, Dwight, and Luke to go, and the others are supposed to be Ben's chess club. But, Ben takes the school rowdies instead.
As comical as the episode was, I feel that the show is definitely limping towards the finish line at this point as far as creative plots to episodes and everyone's kind of just phoning it in.
Join me in February for Growing Pains S7E17: Menage a Luke, which aired on February 8, 1992.
In this episode Ben and Luke fight over a girl at school. Chrissy tries to understand her parents' jobs.
