When we see a construction job site, everything that's on the job site is going to be used, has a role, and has been purchased by the owner. This is similar to us as Christians. God has purchased you through the blood of His Son, Jesus, and He has placed you on the job site to be used. You have a position, a job, and a responsibility as a follower of Christ. God came and rescued you out of the darkness so that He could use you to build His Kingdom. You have so much value that He sent His Son to die for you. God didn’t save us for us to just rot on the job site. He saved us to use us to build up the Kingdom, but there is a preparation process. God wants to cut away what’s not fit to use not because He’s mad at you but because He loves you. Do you want to be used?
