Healthy Minds is Calderdale's independent mental health charity.

In this audio project, we use our radio show to open up conversations about mental health. 

Join us to explore the variety of community-based responses to mental health issues, listening to people with lived experience of mental health challenges and hearing from local organisations.

On our journey, we also search for the meaning of Healthy Minds, looking for what we can learn as an organisation from our guests along the way.

We broadcast our radio show on our local community radio station Phoenix FM 96.7 every four weeks.
