The term 'growing up' is often used as an alternative for saying you are getting older or you are maturing in your ways. We hear it when we see a relative we haven't seen since we were two,

"My, my, they grow up fast don't they?"

"Oh you've grown up so much since I last saw you!"

But to me, growing up means so much more than just getting older and I have some advice to get you kick started at growing up into the person you want to be!
