When we develop our understandings of who God is and what He has done and continues to do for us, we gain spiritual wisdom and intimacy with the Holy Spirit: aka "the comforter".
May this discussion remind you that coming home to the Father is--not only the ultimate comfort-- it's what allows your life to grow wild with truthful purpose and powerful action. May these words comfort your discomfort as "Perfect love casts out all fear." (1 John 4:18)

Note from Sarah: Thank you for your grace as I learn to use this public platform to encourage and inspire, but always where my words can easily be mistaken and misrepresented. To be clear- in no way do I mean to discourage you from therapy, medications or doctors or any other valuable resource for health. I will be more clear on n the future in this topic! I often encourage others to seek God’s council, order and his will through prayer first and sometimes forget to make a disclaimer statement that these wonderful people are also valuable ways God will indeed bless us with health solutions. I am often speaking on the solutions we don’t reach for first. Often God and prayer are our last resort not our first. Please don’t misunderstand my encouragement as a reason to disregard medical doctors as an adequate solution. God bless our brilliant doctors, therapists and medicine!
“Raising the dead” may not look like Lazarus, and it may look like restoring life to places we thought to be hopeless and dead. We are called and empowered to speak life into dead situations.
