As we get older and our lives change and we change as human beings, we have to learn to accept these changes and use the knowledge we seek and lessons we have learned to overcome challenges. We need to self reflect and begin to work on our weaknesses as individuals. Growth and Evolution is incredibly difficult, but not impossible and is extremely necessary to be the best version of yourself and to help others.
