In this episode, we will discuss the importance of growing ourselves in whatever area of ministry we are in. There shouldn't be unhealthy competition amongst God's people but when we do find people "better" than us, we should unite with them. We should not become stagnant in our pursuit of potential by alienating ourselves by thinking we are the best or allowing jealousy to grip us when someone else comes along. The awareness of someone "better" is not a season for bitterness but an opportunity for us to become better with them.
