Due to frequent requests from our followers, this podcast solely focuses on how to increase sales. In this episode, our founder Fahmida Islam starts the podcast by explaining why this topic is such a demanding one. She further adds her own experience from her entrepreneurial venture La Mode and how she deals with a slow season of sales. She then dives into the steps that have worked for her to get out of a slow season. To emphasize the steps, she repeats them multiple times throughout the podcast so that they would be imprinted in the listeners’ minds. In step three, she explains the “A/B test” in great detail and adds an example of how this test can be applied to the Facebook platform. In the very first episode of Growth Guided podcast, Fahmida helps to create a better picture about the venture on the listeners’ minds.
