Personally, I’ve had to remove myself from friendships and disconnect myself from family members in order for me to begin to grow mentally! On your journey it’s going to be mandatory to remove people from your life and path

Heart in Hand podcast is where I extend my hand and genuinely give my support, my advice, my resources, my energy, my motivation, my inspiration, my truth and transparency from the HEART. We are all humans and we all face many challenges and struggles in life, but that doesn’t mean we have to do it alone. Life experiences can make us all teachers. So with my experiences and wisdom from every high and low I’ve conquered, I’m here to be transparent in hopes to help the next person, the next generation and bring forth healing through ways that have helped me reach this peak in my life.
