Tomina Ward is a Certified Life Coach, specializing in Communications and Leadership. Keynote Speaker. Highly decorated combat veteran retired as a Master Sergeant after serving in the United States Marines Corps for over 20 years. A master in empowering others to be resilient, as a wife to a fellow Marine veteran, and mother of 2, she has overcome much in life. She saw her purpose flourish while in the Marine Corps, Coaching and Counseling thousands of Marines on their career which led to their personal professional development.

She specializes in empowering men and women to use their voice, discovers their inner GREATNESS, and ascend to the next level in their careers, relationships, lives, and businesses. She helps them to use their failures for forwarding growth in life. She believes that everyone has the capability to excel in any area of their life by finding the good in the hardship to make sweet lemonade out of lemons.

She is also the CEO and creator of the Black Therapy App which helps reduce the stigma in the Black Community with mental health. This app allows for dialogue between the community and Licensed Therapists in hopes to reduce the barrier between seeing therapy as a negative act.
