The MindfulWe Podcast is a series of guided meditations and mindful conversations. Some are adaptations of common meditations that already exist (e.g. body scan), and most are created with specific intentions. Intentions that come from my work as a psychotherapist. Mindful conversations are all focusing on various healing techniques mindfully.
