GRTC and Henrico County will host a public meeting Tuesday, Oct. 1 about the planned expansion of the Pulse rapid transit bus service along the West Broad Street corridor between Willow Lawn and Parham Road. Officials will discuss the plans to extend the service by 4.5 miles and will present initial concepts for station locations and the system's design during the 5 p.m. meeting at Libbie Mill Library, 2100 Libbie Lake East Street.
